The GST is an Excel program for determining the correct saw blade for your particular application.

With this program, you can design saw blades for special applications and include all machine-side data.

Workpiece and material data can also be taken into account in this program, as can the desired surface quality. And all this while taking the tool life into account.

It is calculated automatically: Tooth feed, center chip thickness, chip removal rate, feed path, cutting path of a cutting edge, pressure angle, number of teeth to be meshed, blade impact depth (during milling), talquotient (during milling), entry angle, exit angle, cutting speed, specific cutting force (can be calculated if power consumption can be measured on the machine), cutting force per saw blade and power per saw blade.
