The circular saw blades for panel dividing lines, project "P" are characterized by a particularly effective type of vibration damping. The vibration reduction not only has a positive effect on the noise development, but also results in a considerable improvement of the cutting quality and ultimately the service life as a result of the lower lateral deflection during rotation. The shape and arrangement of the plastic-filled laser ornaments produces an insulating effect comparable to that of sandwich saw blades.

The most suitable carbide grade and tooth geometry was determined in numerous test series in order to achieve the best service life and cutting quality. This was combined with this extremely vibration-absorbing blade. In service life tests, an improvement in service life of up to 60% was achieved compared to competitor products, depending on the material.
